Dentro del proyecto de residencia para artistas "¿Quién puede vivir en esta casa? el 2 de julio recibimos la visita de la alemana Lisa Van Bommel que se quedará en la Casa hasta fines de septiembre. Durante este tiempo la artista realizará una trabajo sobre el movimiento y las emociones. 

"During my stay at Zona Imaginaria I want to work on some video captures regarding movement which could develop accrue from emotions like pain, sadness, weakness and/or power. Most of my works accrue from experiment and intuition.
Movement is a very basic expression for human beings.

Some questions I want to work with are:

Which movements could be an expression of hypersensitivity to life? What happens to someone who looks at movement which are in a way “hysterical“ actions. Would it help to experience that those movements, acrued from those feelings, are part of our personhood? Or is the fear or discomfort to big to view at someone who witnesses the body in this strange, extreme or provocative way? May we come closer to the purity of our emotions?

Upon this project I will do an intervention in Lucrecia Urbano’s project at Arte Espacio, Buenos Aires together with a selection of other artists who have in some way a relationship with the residency house."
